The culture of food is filled with diversity and creativity. As a self taught chef  who has ran and owned a deli, food truck and now catering business I find myself constantly learning and creating new ways to enjoy the love of food. With over 20 years of traveling and working under chefs from all over the world it’s honest to say that I am comfortable in all areas of food and still learning. My experience with food has allowed me to take soul food to another level by adding a little twist to grandmas recipes and making them my own.
